Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their business needs.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications for reporting solutions.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend process improvements.
Design and develop insightful reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
Extract, transform, and format data to ensure accuracy and clarity in reports.
Ensure reports meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) for timely delivery.
Create company-wide applications and automated reporting solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Design and implement workflows to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Maintain existing SharePoint sites and lists for effective information management.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices for developing impactful solutions.
Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
Manage the reporting request queue and effectively prioritize tasks.
Work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a virtual team environment.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn about new technologies and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Continuously improve processes by actively seeking feedback and collaborating with stakeholders.Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in business intelligence or reporting, preferably within a BPO environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and insights from data.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA) and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with SharePoint administration is a plus.
Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms is desirable.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a virtual team setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings to diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
Certification in Power Platform tools is preferred.
Additional education or certifications in Machine Learning or Data Science is a plus.
