ROLE : Senior Business Analyst

EXPERIENCE : 7 -10 yrs (4+ Yrs in Capital Market Domain is mandatory)

• Strong Knowledge of Capital Market experience with a solid understanding of capital markets/ Finance Domain.
• Understanding of software enterprise architecture patterns.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, files data transfer, messages queues.
• Understand the software development process and systems involved and the product roadmap.
• Experienced in understanding CICD pipelines.
• Ability to drive senior level discussions with good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex and sensitive issues to client in a persuasive manner.
• Ability to work in complex requirements, complex organization setup, and drive the program forward.
• Ability to create detailed user stories, features, working with users to refine stories, end-to-end business scenarios, user interface details and integration points.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate clear , unambiguous detailed functional requirements to both Technical and non-Technical users(business).
• Strong research and analytical and comprehension skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement , including ability to connect Client business and IT team in clear and efficient manner.
• Experience in quickly becoming the SME on a topic/ business domain/ product or application.
• Experience in Agile practices, AzureDevops dashboard.
• Support in Product Backlog, sprint planning , Test Plan review, test case review, Defect Triage , issue analysis / triaging and analyzing the change request requirements.
• Support test team to include production scenarios with emphasis on error prevention and detection.
• Experience in performing testing in SIT and UAT to ensure that the solutions are tested as per requirements.
• Experienced in reviewing the quality of completed test cases based on quality testing standards and investigate the reliability and integrity of test data , the validity of conclusions and assumptions made in the testing process
