Responsibilities:
Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern
Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
Training and coaching staff members
Creating initiatives depending on the businesss requirements and needs
Developing projects and monitoring project performance
Collaborating with users and stakeholders
Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Graduation / Masters / Equivalent
Minimum 2-5 or more years experience business analyst/product owner experience
Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a strong track record of cross-team and cross-client team participation.
An energetic, positive and innovative attitude, with leadership and facilitation skills to bring projects to a successful delivery.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
