The role entails the responsibility of handling/driving end-to-end Projects & making it live as part of CBS-Asset Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good Core Banking-Assets and Surrounding Banking application / Integration knowledge.
- Core Banking experience (Finacle or Flexcube) on Asset profile will be an added advantage.
- Independently able to execute assigned critical projects.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to drive liability set of projects.
- Creates, manages, and distributes project communications, including charters, schedules.
- Monitors and reports on project s progress and performance, and delays if any.
- Develop project controls and risk management procedures, early warning for delays, if any.
- Resolves technical and operational issues.
- Should be familiar with testing tools and approaches.
Education Qualification (Fulltime):
Graduation: Bachelor of Technology - B.Tech, Bachelor of Computer Applications - BCA, Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Science - B.Sc
Post-graduation: Master of Technology - M.Tech, Master of Computer Applications - MCA, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Science - M.Sc
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Core Banking System with Assets domain (Finacle or Flexcube on Asset profile will be an added advantage.
- Should be well versed in project management, banking concepts and development lifecycle.
- Should be good at BRD writing and Gap Analysis.
- Should have good knowledge of Quality Testing.
