As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from various departments, including operations, finance, sales, and others, to facilitate the creation of comprehensive dashboards. You will collaborate closely with technical personnel to integrate data from our ERP system into Power BI for effective data visualization and analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities
- with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data requirements and objectives for dashboard creation.
- and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
- closely with technical resources to ensure seamless integration of data from ERP systems into Power BI dashboards.
- develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- regular meetings with departmental heads to review dashboard performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting dashboards and reports.
- updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and data visualization.
Requisite Skills
- preferred from premium college.
- years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
- in Microsoft Power BI and SQL for data manipulation and visualization.
- analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- understanding of business processes across different departments such as operations, finance, and sales.
- working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo or any other ERP) and integrating data into BI platforms is highly desirable.
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
