We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience, preferably in the healthcare / Fintech industry. This role requires someone who can take ownership of complex business processes, provide leadership in requirement gathering and solution design, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward. Experience in healthcare is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and process automation across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
• Evaluate, improve, and redesign business processes with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and enhancing user experiences.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend innovative solutions, and work with teams to implement changes that align with industry best practices.
• Advanced Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders and document detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), System Requirements Specifications (SRSs), and Product Requirements Documentation (PRDs).
• Develop comprehensive user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to development teams.
• Solution Design & Feasibility Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to propose scalable and practical solutions for complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Project Management & Leadership:
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Scrum Mastery:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure that Scrum principles are followed, fostering a collaborative environment and continuous improvement within the team.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Leadership:
• Lead UAT efforts to validate business requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations through rigorous testing and feedback loops.
• Process Modeling & Documentation:
• Develop various process models, including use case diagrams, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams, to provide clear and actionable guidance to teams.
• Maintain documentation to support ongoing development and optimization efforts.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital transformation, healthcare technology, and business analysis techniques.
• Apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improve project outcomes continuously.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, and Visio.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with tech stacks for web and mobile development.
• Awareness of AWS tools and how to leverage them in project environments.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a strong focus on managing stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to work in UK/US shifts and a full-time commitment to an in-office environment.
• Healthcare industry / Fintech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
