Requirements

Develop comprehensive project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
Act as a liaison between internal business customers, technology teams, and application vendors, fostering effective communication.
Engage with business customers to understand challenges and formulate optimal solutions for implementation and resolution.
Bridge the gap between Technology and Management teams, particularly in areas such as trading, crypto, and blockchain.
Take ownership of configuration, tuning, deployment, testing, and post-deployment support.
Document new requirements, configure, and tune applications to meet user needs.
Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing on workflows, addressing and resolving issues.
Create and manage Agile/Scrum user stories, writing clear business, functional, and technical requirements.
Develop and convey business, functional, and technical documentation, including runbooks and support guides.
Monitor production platforms for readiness and system health.
Present clear requirements and solutions with supporting documentation, diagrams, and detailed technical guidance.
Proven experience working within agile development practices and managing product backlogs.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, leveraging business process and data analysis to make informed decisions.
Effective communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into detailed artifacts for end users, technical stakeholders, and senior management.
Financial or banking market experience, with a strong understanding of financial systems and stakeholder needs, including crypto, blockchain, equities, and banking systems.
Experience with Front/Middle/Back Office or trading systems within a financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income, including Market Securities Data, Order Generation, and Trade Lifecycle processes.
Deep understanding of Compliance workflows and rule writing in Order Management Systems.
Ability to write, update, and execute SQL queries.
Familiarity with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
Proficiency with process diagramming and project management tools.
