Role Description

OFFICE-Based role; not Remote or Hybrid

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst at FinTech AI Innovations. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends and opportunities, and capturing, analysing granular product requirements at feature, functionality, epic, stories and acceptance criteria levels. We use the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence/etc) which you must be proficient in, including setting up workflows, grooming backlogs and prioritsing sprint/kanban deliverables. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product managers, and data scientists to gather and analyze business requirements, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the company.

Qualifications (please don't apply if you don't have the following)

• Mandatory: Proven experience as a detail-oriented Business Analyst - must have structured corporate experience of 3-5 years (3 years minimum) in a globally well-known Product/Consulting company

NOTE: We are NOT looking for a Manager. This is a hands-on Business/Product Analyst role. Only apply if you have this in your current role

• Mandatory: Detailed strong experience with Jira software including workflows & Confluence
• Mandatory: Office-based role in North Bangalore
• Mandatory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including with third-party/government systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
• Understanding of financial and technological trends in the industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus
