Job Overview :

We are looking for an ideal candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and prior experience in Personal Care , API Pharma & Agrochemicals based industry with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and data analytics, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Description:

Lead the design and implementation of effective business processes and also conduct thorough analysis of the same.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyses business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.

Prepare comprehensive business reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.

Desired Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance

MBA preferred

Desired Skill set :

Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and user level knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Zoho, Power BI).

Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage

Desired Experience :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 3-5 years, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
