Collate, summarise and format documents pertaining to Data Strategy that is the long-term plan for a data target-state.
Provide associated collateral to be used in presentations as agreed with senior management (e.g. tailored to different audiences)
Deliver a document capturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be used to track progress of the implementation of the Data Strategy
Organisation of repository to maintain documentation and relevant information (e.g.
SharePoint Site/Page).
Deliver documentation capturing the terms of reference, objectives, activities and actions of data quality, related templates and collateral.
Responsibility
Overall accountability of project execution and deliverables as per agreed timelines
Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to document data strategy and vision, aligned with business goals and objectives.
Utilise previous experience to inform the Data Strategy with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Document a comprehensive roadmap, including short-term and long term goals, key initiatives, and implementation plans.
Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other business and technical stakeholders (e.g. data architects, data modelers, data engineers) to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the data strategy and track progress towards strategic goals.
Create and maintain documentation of the data strategy, including plans, policies, standards, and procedures, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Follow up on actions, commitments necessary to progress with the development and definition of the data strategy in related forums analyse its implications and alignment to the data strategy
Engage with Data Governance team to align the Data Governance roadmap to the data strategy.
