Overall:
Responsible for emerging digital strategies, keeping in mind current strategy research, content, ideation and applications based on objectives. Focus on a solid framework to make them easy to create and communicate with a key focus on technology.
Team Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the work of a group of team members to ensure the timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements.
- Identify processes, innovations, automation tools, etc., that will improve efficiencies and position the company as a forward-thinking entity.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for interacting with clients, understanding briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discussing solutions to enhance the brand's position.
- Strategising on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities,
- Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings and implementing suggestions to the strategy basis of the report.
- Being the primary custodian for the brand from Strategy POV when it is an integrated account, simultaneously setting internal processes for efficient team management and workflow.
- Provide training support to the team as and when required and provide guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Major Responsibilities:
- Strategically Planning quarterly and annual plans for the brands
- Leading in client pitches and negotiations, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking.
- Actively identifying opportunities to deliver award winning work backed by research & consumer understanding
- Collaboration with Influencers and Media team to oversee tasks basis the brand objective and goals.
- Ability to think about clients problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on various Digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile) and devise solutions through digital channels as and when required.
- Understanding the brief and creating digital business and marketing strategies that align and support clients digital plans to align with current campaigns and to plan for new engagements that will bridge the gap.
- Besides Client briefing, identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where online assets can provide a solution, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.
- Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
- Strong focus on creating Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client. Focus on driving innovation and creativity for the client.
- Showcasing case studies internally within the Organization which might have / might not have been used by the client could help in pitching a similar concept to other clients.
