As a Senior Brand Strategist with Please See// you will be expected to partner with and provide leadership across cross-functional teams in execution of all insight discovery, strategy, platform delivery and marketing engagements.
You will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of strategic direction for, brand building, advertising, marketing programs and digital experiences for a variety of brands. You will also play an active role as a subject matter expert and develop company-wide perspectives on trends and the use of emerging media in the marketplace.
We are looking for someone with a passion for understanding the consumer and who will encourage your colleagues to feel the same. Who is able to deep dive into Data and have it tell stories.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term platform, on ground and online marketing strategies.
Defines scope, recommends approach and execution of strategy and strategic planning projects for clients
Writing clear and insightful briefs, involving inspiring and informing creative teams
Identify marketing problems, perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic implications
Partnering with the creative team to craft big ideas/360 degree ideas, communication Strategy and Planning for Brand Building, consumer experiences, Mainline and Digital Campaigns
Develop creative briefs that inspire clients and creative teams alike to come up with idea development and implementation
Stay current on users, marketing trends, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences with an eye towards our client base
Stay on point on research and data mining, in order to understand the consumer and market dynamics in any specific market
Proactively identify new opportunities for client growth, enforce processes and best practices across all engagements
Consistently identify needs client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
- Participate in strategic development of new business
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
Develop and manage a junior strategic planning team
What we would like to see:
5 years + account planning experience, leading teams and client engagements, experience in digital strategy is a plus
Strong understanding of brands with proven experience in delivering effective strategy
Strong understanding of brands and the role of digital in the wider media landscape
Proven ability to manage and set client expectations
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
The drive to help others succeed and reach their peak
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process
