Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on big brands and industry leaders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover opportunities for expansion and new business initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry partners.
- Lead the pitch process, including proposal creation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsmarketing, creative, and operationsto deliver outstanding solutions to clients.
- Manage client relationships and conduct offline meetings to ensure satisfaction and address needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in business development and sales, particularly within the influencer marketing industry.
- Strong pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong ideation capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Proven track record of networking and building relationships with major brands and industry leaders.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
