One Impression is one of the World's largest influencer marketing platforms helping over 300+ global brands ranging from enterprises such as Unilever, Nestle, Amazon to startups such as Meesho, Nykaa, CoinSwitch. We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. In parallel, we aim to establish a strong presence in other global markets such as the US, Indonesia, etc. We are also backed by some of the top investors in the country including Founders of Vedantu, LivSpace, People Group, MamaEarth, Wow Skin Sciences, OML, etc as well as celebrities such as KL Rahul, Zakir Khan, Masoom Minawala, to name a few.

About the Team:

We have a singular vision, to create the de-facto Influencer Marketing Platform for millions of advertisers around the world and capture 25% of the world ad spend.

The Brand Managers at OI own and deliver the growth and business outcomes of a large business unit at OI. They engage with multi-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for the business's success. They lead a mix of Marketing projects enabling them to show the breadth and depth of their leadership. They need to derive consumer insights, which would unlock the next level of business growth. We are looking for colleagues who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.

We are growing at an incredible pace and we are looking for someone who has the mindset of an entrepreneur and loves problems that are complex, at scale and need to be solved in pressed timelines.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Marketeer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategies and content creation efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through engaging content.

Responsibilities:

  • Come up with a robust brand marketing strategy for One Impression.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Manage brand marketing, including positioning, messaging, and creative development.
  • Ideate, collaborate and drive rigorous execution against this strategy.
  • Drive brand marketing efforts across campaigns, social media, content & communities.
  • Drive long-term brand vision as a key, senior member of the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement campaigns that promote our payment solutions, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare a structured framework for objectively measuring the efficacy of brand marketing efforts.
  • Present data-backed post-mortems of campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Drive brand discovery initiatives to target relevant audiences.
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Manage, end to end execution and coordination of influencer marketing, video marketing, webinar efforts.
  • Work with external agency partners, internal channel marketing, design teams in ensuring execution conformance.
  • Work collaboratively with the social media & product marketing teams in planning, executing new product launch GTMs to drive customer engagement, acquisition and brand buzz.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of having managed brand marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative & soft skills combined with an affinity for data.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand campaigns that drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work with cross-functional counterparts.
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
