Job Description:
You will be responsible for owning the brand positioning and monthly campaign readiness for the Maison D Auraine brands. For this role, attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities and data into benefits is crucial.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Management
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness and recognition for our upcoming beauty marketplace.
- Strategize and execute key events to drive virality around the marketplace.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Create and implement customer acquisition campaigns to drive traffic and user acquisition.
- Develop retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Utilize customer data and feedback to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing
- Strategize digital marketing initiatives including detailed annual calendars for SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the beauty marketplace remains competitive in the online space.
Category Marketing
- Collaborate with category teams to understand product offerings and develop marketing strategies to promote them effectively.
- Create category messaging and positioning to highlight unique selling points and value propositions.
- Work closely with teams to develop sales enablement materials and support product launches.
New Brands Acquisition
- Identify potential new brands for partnership and acquisition based on market trends, consumer preferences, and strategic fit.
- Develop and nurture relationships with beauty brands to expand the marketplace's brand portfolio.
Category Share Growth
- Analyze category performance and market share data to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase the marketplace's share within key beauty categories.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to prioritize category expansion efforts and optimize assortment.
Monetization of Onsite Assets
- Identify and evaluate onsite assets such as advertising space, sponsored content opportunities, and premium listings.
- Develop monetization strategies to maximize revenue from onsite assets while maintaining a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize onsite monetization initiatives.
Public Relations (PR)
- Develop PR strategies to enhance the marketplace's visibility and reputation in the beauty industry.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry experts to secure coverage and endorsements.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management efforts effectively.
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop a content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content including blog posts, articles, videos, and visuals.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the beauty marketplace's target demographic.
Partnerships and Collaborations
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with beauty brands, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee the execution of collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Leverage partnerships to expand the beauty marketplace's reach and enhance brand credibility.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and track progress against goals.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate marketing results and impact.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in marketing operations.
Primary/Must have skills/Qualification Requirements:
- Masters degree in business or fashion marketing preferred
- Total 6-8 Years Exp
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third parties
- Keen interest in lifestyle/fashion
- Strong creative mindset
