We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our branding, communications, and marketing initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving growth through strategic marketing, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Define and maintain the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Lead competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand in the market.
Communications & Public Relations:
- Oversee all external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop PR campaigns to amplify brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage crisis communication strategies when needed.
Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Create compelling product narratives and positioning that resonate with target audiences.
- Drive customer engagement through storytelling and targeted campaigns.
Growth Marketing:
- Design and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee performance marketing efforts and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Creative & Brand Communications:
- Lead the creation of high-impact, multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop content that engages and inspires.
- Ensure all communications reflect the brand's identity and core values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership position.
- Proven expertise in branding, PR, product marketing, and growth marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
