Position: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter: US Staffing
Location: India (Remote)
Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:30 am (IST) until daylight saving OR 8:30 pm to 5:30 pm EST
Note: Candidates must be experienced in the US IT Consulting/Staffing to be considered for the role.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have a 5+ years of experience in marketing a consultant in US.
- As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you'll be responsible for marketing the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing. Must have Extensive experience in Candidate marketing.
- Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
- Must have the database of the recruiters/managers for sharing hotlist, getting requirements.
- Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from Prime vendors, job portals, groups, contacts, and other networking sites. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfortability to submit the resume to the recruiter.
- Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
- Interacting with Tier-one Vendors and Bringing new vendors to the company.
- Maintain daily & and weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
- Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, and negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Negotiating rates with vendors & and managing long-term relations with them.
- Maintained the database of rolled-off consultants, getting their resumes ready as well as keeping track of contract details such as project extensions, and start and end dates for existing resources.
- Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible for working on Contract, Permanent & and C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
- Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
- Finding the best projects for consultants using my tier one contacts and through different web portals like Dice, corp-corp, Monster, Career Builder, Net-temps, Job serve, computer jobs, and professional networking sites such as Linkedin.
