Roles & Responsibilities:
- At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Bench sales process across various Technologies.
- Good knowledge of calling, negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants, identifying their needs and getting them projects.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US clients.
- Gathering requirements from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Job Diva).
- Responsible for working on Corp2Corp / C2C contract position.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
- Recruiting experience of hiring OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card, or all eligible to work in the US consultants and getting them on our W2.
- Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources.
- Hands-on experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, LinkedIn, a prior database of OPT candidates.
- Must have extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms.
Required Candidate profile:
- Experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Any Degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in USA timings.
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, highly responsive, and detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
- Candidate should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
