Requirements
Experience in Heterogeneous Migrations with Unicode conversion using SWPM and DMO.
Expertise required on S/4HANA Conversion- minimum one end-to-end conversion.
Hands-on experience in day-to-day production support and projects.
Strong Basis technical Knowledge with hands-on experience on Installation, Upgrade, Support of Global SAP Systems is a must.
Worked with SAP Products like ECC, BW, APO, Live cache, CRM,PI/PO, Portal, BOBJ, BODS, Fiori, Content Server and Solution Manager.
Deep technical skills in HANA, DB2 & Oracle Administration and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of operating SAP systems in the Cloud (preferably Azure Cloud).
Working experience in Operating Systems - SUSE Linux/AIX and Windows all server versions.
Must have strong knowledge in System Admin activities like performance monitoring/tuning, transports, background job setup, applying support package, kernel upgrade, OSS note, Printer setup, Client Copy, System Refresh activities etc.
Working experience in SAP archiving and knowledge on archive tools like OpenText and KGS.
Worked with tools like ServiceNow for Incident, Problem and Change Management Processes.
Working knowledge on 3rd party products like Commvault, RevTrac, MuleSoft and Tibco.
Good Communication and technical documentation skills.
Assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects.
Support SAP Basis system admin activities and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate to other tiers as appropriate, proactively check OSS notes, monitor EWA, alerts, and take necessary actions in time.
Perform setup and configuration of Solution Manager technical monitoring in order to monitor & administer the SAP systems.
Monitoring SAP systems, systems Logs, Work processes overview, Lock entries, Updates, background jobs, system health check.
Participate in system refresh tasks, client copies, archiving, system build, install, and other planned and unplanned Basis activities.
Management / configuration of connections between various systems and SAP.
Lead in the Administration & Monitoring of SAP system, its users and user interface (GUI).
Provide support and leadership in technical troubleshooting.
Providing Root Cause Analysis critical issues are highly desirable.
