Job Title: Brew Master (Training & Menu Development)
- Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000 per month
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Brew Master to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be proficient in brewing, capable of training employees, and skilled in designing new menus. This role requires a passion for brewing, a knack for teaching, and a creative mindset to develop unique and appealing beer menus.
Brewing Operations:
- Manage the entire brewing process, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain and operate brewing equipment efficiently.
- Develop new and innovative beer recipes.
Monitor fermentation and perform quality checks throughout the brewing process.- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the brewing area.
Training and Development:- Train new and existing employees on brewing techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Create and update training materials and manuals.- Conduct regular training sessions to keep staff updated on new methods and industry standards.
Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and skill development.
- Menu Design and Development:
Design and develop new beer menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for new products.
Experiment with and introduce seasonal and limited-edition brews.
- Ensure all menu offerings meet the highest quality standards and are cost-effective.
Quality Control:
- Implement and manage quality control procedures.
Conduct regular quality assurance tests to ensure product consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee the inventory of raw materials and brewing supplies.
Ensure timely ordering and procurement to avoid production delays.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory usage.
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers to educate them about our brewing process and products.
Lead brewery tours and tasting sessions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brewing.
Proven experience in training and developing staff.- Strong knowledge of brewing processes, ingredients, and equipment.
Creative mindset with the ability to design appealing beer menus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
