Job specific requirements
- At least 5 years of real software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, and Django/ Flask
- Experience building and maintaining complex and data-intensive applications
- Experience fine-tuning databases
- Experience working as an early engineer at a startup (less than 10 employees)
- Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts
- Ability to monitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issues
