Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Software Engineer III)

Location: Bangalore

Package: Up to 30 LPA + ESOPs

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Are you a seasoned Backend Engineer looking to lead and make a direct impact We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and architect scalable systems that handle large volumes of data and traffic. You'll own projects from ideation to deployment while mentoring junior engineers and setting best practices.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and develop robust backend systems to handle high data loads efficiently.

- Lead by example, mentor the team, and ensure best practices in development are followed.

- Enhance application performance through code optimization, database improvements, and caching.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, and incorporate them into your work.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in scripting languages like Python, PHP, or Golang.

- Extensive knowledge of databases (MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with asynchronous, RESTful systems, and managing concurrency.

- Strong command over software development best practices, from coding standards to deployment.
