Location - Remote work basis (WFH) anywhere in India.

Profile - Senior Backend Developer

Preferred experience 10 years or more

The Role

We are looking for strong and autonomous Senior Backend developers who can work on both engineering and maintenance activities to support the development of our SaaS Platform.

You will be working with our collaborative international development teams, where your knowledge and advice about architecture and the newest technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You'll also mentor the junior developer and ensure strong code quality and smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities on the Platform, in close collaboration with the Product and Sales teams,
• Ensure strong code quality (tests & peer code reviews) and adherence to best practices,
• Analyse and correct anomalies across the various environments,
• Propose and participate to the Platform evolution,
• Contribute to the Platform architecture,
• Participate actively in agile scrum process to ensure on time delivery with quality,
• Mentor and support junior developers.

Requested Qualifications

• Strong experience (minimum 10 years experience) in Backend Java, Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, RabbitMQ, GraphQL
• Experience in designing and implementing micro-services and analytics is required
• Strong knowledge in designing scalable Back-End architecture and use of Docker is required
• Experience in Java/ Spring boot code review
• Experience in developing REST API
• Good knowledge of project management tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Gradle, Maven, Postman
• Rigorous, curious, autonomous, and impactful, you are used to work in a development team using the agile methodology
• Good communication skills
• Professional level of English
