Job Overview:
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications.

Salary Range:
28.0 Lakhs - 30.0 Lakhs
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
- Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) for better collaboration with frontend teams.
