Position: Senior AWS Service Delivery Manager
Location: Gurugram, India (Work from Office)

Responsibilities as a Service Delivery Manager :
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects and programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance.
Lead the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer stakeholders, Conduent program management team, and technical resources.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources to meet project objectives within budget constraints.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and organizational standards.
Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance during project implementation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within project management practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment focused on achieving project objectives.
Lead as representative by influencing actions and decisions that positively impact revenue, delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Achieve business goals through the effective management of internal and external teams, either directly or through the organizations matrix by focusing on the resolution of complex challenges.
Play a key role in the strategic development of the client and assume overall responsibility for the management of Change Request between the Company and client.
Skills and Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture, including best practices and frameworks.
Relevant AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Strong project management skills, with experience using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align AWS service delivery with business goals.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
Understanding of compliance standards and security best practices related to AWS.
