Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and senior management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs and architectural standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and priorities to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Process Improvement: Implement and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical program management role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product development, and quality management systems.
