Job Title: Senior Automation test Engineer (DB2)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of test results and report defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Utilize DB2 for database testing and validation, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on automation best practices and testing methodologies.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation testing technologies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on automated testing using Selenium.
- Proficient in DB2 with hands-on experience in database testing and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
