Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

4+ years in automation testing, with a strong foundation in various test automation tools.
Develop a comprehensive Data Validation Strategy, methodology, and procedures for Hyperion AI data pipelines.
Evaluate, architect, implement, and promote new testing solutions specifically tailored for data pipelines.
Build in-depth knowledge of data product specifications and user stories to ensure thorough validation coverage.
Establish metrics and notification mechanisms to monitor and measure Hyperion AI data pipeline performance.
Enhance test case implementation processes by leveraging AI models.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to define and meet key QA and latency KPIs.
Review and update the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across teams to align with compliance requirements.
Work with Software and Data Architects to plan and implement data validation for upcoming data pipelines (Test-Driven Development, TDD).
Stay informed about the latest software testing technologies and methodologies.
Act as a technical mentor, guiding the team in best practices.
Expertise in writing clean, maintainable code in Python to support test automation efforts.
Proficient in Selenium and pytest for automated web application testing.
Strong foundation in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with tools like Cucumber.
Proven track record of building and maintaining test frameworks from scratch.
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman and Python Requests.
Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices.
Skilled in regression testing and analysis to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Zephyr, Jira).
Strong communication, quick learner, and adaptability to pick up new programming languages and test automation frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of generating test reports using pytest (e.g., Allure Reports).
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
Hands-on programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both tactical and strategic, with customers.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency with process diagramming and project management tools.
