We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer (UiPath) to join our automation team and work with our clients to deliver high-quality automation. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading project workstreams, analyzing data and information, and making recommendations to clients and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our team of consultants to deliver solutions that address client needs, you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services.
In this role, you should already have understanding of your specific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle.
You will be able to lead projects independently, or work as a part of a team on larger projects. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
Automation Engineers are focused on developing Intelligent Automation solutions e.g. RPA, IDP, Test Automation, BPM, and Conv. AI. Experience in software development (Java, Python as well as VB.NET)
Responsibilities & tasks for this role
Lead project workstreams, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
Analyze data and information, and make recommendations to clients
Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve consulting service offerings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (UiPath)
Strong track record of project management and data analysis
Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization or technology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
