Senior Associate -Wealth Operations Apply Now Jobnumber MGS02030 Closing date 03-Sep-2024 Job Purpose
- Booking and monitor of various Settlement products like Bonds, Equities Structured Products
- Perform credit monitoring for various lending products including Lombard, Leverage Investments on Securities, etc
- Ensure all settlement instructions are settled on settled date without any issues.
- Track broad limits across all lending programs.
- Execute margin call process in the event of insufficient collaterals; generate & deliver margin call letters to customers / RMs
- Ensure no operational loss is incurred for settlement or corporate actions process offered to customers.
- Ensure to update the MIS, VAT reconciliations etc without any delay.
- SOP review and periodical updating with latest changes in the process

- Internal compliance
- Sales and Branch staff in the absence of the team leader/Assistant Manager

- Escalation of exceptions to Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Graduate with 2-4 years work experience in Custody, clearing and settlement area. Work experience in Wealth Ops should be added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to problem solving and work independently
- Should be customer focused and achievement oriented
