We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for Sales Hiring to join our Bangalore team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top sales talent.
- Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates suitability for the role.
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation and Closing:
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
- Close candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to Upgrad's employer branding efforts by promoting our company culture and values.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment activities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize recruitment strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
