Inviting applications for the role ofSenior Associate-Supply ChainSpecialist
We are looking for an experienced oracle Specialist to join our team. The Candidate should have relevant experience.In this role the candidate will be responsible toshipping items from one warehouse to supplier with valid set up.
Responsibilities
Spare Part set up in Oracle.
Item attributes update and cost submission
Ensure Item is transactable in all the globally.
Track Oracle shipments made to the warehouses.
Workflow maintenance
Monitoring of asset creation request via a queue in ERP.
Data extraction in excel
Hands-on knowledge onERP(SAP, SFDC & Oracle)is a plus.
Implement lean.
Train the new hire for the Processing.
Update SOP of the Process on Quarterly Basis.
Dashboard data update.
Should be able to work on MS office tools.
Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes.
Ready to take extra initiatives within team.
Should be able to adapt the changes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies.
Respond to customer query through email,calls.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Responsible to demonstratecapacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
Candidate should be comfortable with 24.7 shift timings (Including weekend when required)
Qualification we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor&rsquos degree in any stream.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Advanced excel would be preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
