Key Responsibilities

- Qualifications: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / B.SC / B.Com / BBA
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Technical Skills: Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Force.com tools, Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder
- Project Experience: Salesforce Field Service Lightning, DocuSign/CLM, Community Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Tableau, Salesforce Slack
- APIs: REST/SOAP (XML, JSON)
- UI Technologies: LWC, Salesforce Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning, jQuery, AJAX
- ETL Tools: Mulesoft's Dataloader
