Role Overview:**
As a Senior Associate you will collaborate with a team to tackle complex business challenges from strategy to execution. You will leverage your Salesforce expertise to deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to best practices and SLAs. This role requires strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) and lessons learned.

- Review ticket quality and deliverables, and manage status reporting for projects.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage incidents, changes, and problems.

- **Qualifications:** BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / B.SC / B.Com / BBA
- **Experience:** 6 to 10 years in Salesforce
- **Proficiency in Salesforce Clouds:** Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- **Technical Skills:** Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL, Force.com tools, Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder
- **Project Experience:** Salesforce Field Service Lightning, DocuSign/CLM, Community Cloud, Salesforce - Commerce Cloud, Salesforce - Marketing Cloud, Salesforce - Pardot, Salesforce - Tableau, Salesforce - Slack
- **APIs:** REST/SOAP (XML, JSON)
- **UI Technologies:** LWC, Salesforce Visual Force, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning, jQuery, AJAX
- **ETL Tools:** Mulesoft's Dataloader
- **Development Processes:** Agile, continuous integration, deployments
- **Project Management Tools:** Jira or similar tools
- **Design Principles:** Scalable data modeling, Force.com best practices
- **Estimation and Quality Assurance:** Accurate effort estimation, code review, refactoring
