Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Recruiter to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment f rom candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding and retention , with a strong track record in hiring across Technology, Engineering, Corporate as well as some of the key non-technical roles.
  • This role requires a creative thinker who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently and develop effective, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract top talent complemented with excellent stakeholder management
Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide strategic insights to the hiring team.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Independent Management: Work autonomously to manage your workload and meet recruitment targets without constant supervision.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Masters degree in Human Resources.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently.
    • Strong sourcing and networking skills with a creative approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
    • Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Experience being part of global teams and ability to work with stakeholders across geo
