Job Description: Senior Associate, Description: Global Contracting
Job Title: Senior Associate - Global Contract Practice
Location: Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate to join our Global Contracting
Practice. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in law, contract review, client management,
and hands on experience of working on a contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Vetting Experience:
- Have experience in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating Clinical Trial Research Agreements
(CTRAs), Variation Agreement and CTRA associated documents.
- Ensure execution of agreements in accordance with the required associated documents i.e.,
Delegation of Authority, Indemnification Agreement, and Insurance Certificate.
- Work closely with and supporting others within the contracting group.
- Work closely with the project leads during study implementation to help move the CTRAs and
Variation Agreements through to signature as quickly as possible.
- Assist working with the team on the process improvements within the CTRA review and
finalization process.
- Liaise between the project leads and contract managers to finalize the CTRAs.
- Have experience of working and executing Change Orders and Work Orders.
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Tool Experience:
- Knowledge of working and using the CLM tool for contract management.
- Co-ordinating contract review with business team, respond to vendor/procurement team's
enquiries on the contract management tool.
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their contracting needs and
concerns.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on contracting matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in global contracting, including a strong background
in pharma or clinical trial contract management.
- Proven track record in client management within the consulting or professional services
industry.
- Familiarity with emerging CLM tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
