About The Department
The Commercial, GBS department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics.
The Position
As a Sr. Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for: -
- Create and develop project plan. Monitor and control creative design project work, i.e. drive projects within budget, scope, and time for digital asset development.
- Manage multiple stakeholder expectations and accordingly allocate project resources.
- Establish the appropriate project governance together with stakeholders & team lead.
- Archive all key project data, close, and evaluate the project.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors to improve systems and Report project performance to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelors/master's degree (within business, science, or engineering) with results in top 10% or other relevant business experience, e.g. creative agencies, creative design departments in other pharma or non-pharma companies.
- 5+ years of experience in omnichannel project management and hands-on experience in client management, preferably in healthcare/pharma industry.
- Qualification as PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP is preferred but not mandatory.
- A background in working with/understanding Content Management Systems
- Manage multiple and entire projects in parallel, meeting all commitments, dealing with all issues, and actively driving project decision making.
- Identify and handle all relevant stakeholders within project portfolio and own area of work.
- Understand and use proper communication methods and techniques in relation to project.
- Drive and motivate project team members and agencies.
- Motivate project members, pro-actively ensure feedback (both upwards and downwards), and take action to improve own and team performance, including pro-actively identifying relevant mentoring or courses and training possibilities.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Tools .
