Provide support for Hardware/hypervisor in TSG centralized support
Support ESXi EOL effort by planning project for upgrade of 300+ legacy/global.
Coordinate replacement of 30+ potential branch ESXi servers where necessary to support evergreen upgrades to ESXi 7 & ESXi 8 across different regions.
Migrate thousands of workloads from legacy PURE/XIO storage arrays in support of decom/tech refresh efforts.
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
A bachelors degree is needed for this role.
Candidate with 8 to 10 Years of Experience in Infra/Virtualization support will fit for this role.
This role is essential to critical upgrades/migrations of end-of-life servers.
Majorly needs to involve in server maintenance activities such as facilitating the replacement and upgrading the server platforms to meet infrastructure evergreen policies by provisioning net new server platforms and facilitating the migration of server instances seamlessly, constant oversight and execution of server capacity optimization, along with the safe decommission and removal of unneeded capacity.
This position is critical for break/fix activities of server infrastructure that increases as a function of the growth of the server environment and with the provisioning and support for a Cyber Recovery zone.
