Duty Statements
- Review on material requirement, floating of enquiry, negotiation and approval
- Preparation of Purchase order, Work order, coordination and follow up for dispatch, organising way bill, transportation, reconciliation of receipt ,advance and LC payment process, checking of GRN, payment processing of vendor and subcontractor against orders issued.
- Timely delivery & development of civil/mechanical/electrical agencies
- Ensure reduction of procurement cost for various overall items for Project sites
- Create a pool of Vendor Database for various items for all sites
- Complying to local & outdoor Procurement Audit for Civil Business
- Coordinate with the Project, Tendering & Commercial team for smooth supply of materials required
- Should have extensive knowledge in all Civil Construction items
- Should have experience in working in Industrial, Residential and Commercial verticals.

Technical: Planning Skill, Strategic planning and decision making am Management
Functional: PM Software savvy
Behavioural: Project Planning and Execution, Site Coordination, Supervision and planning
