As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be working closely with our marketing team to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in scaling and optimizing our marketing motions across various channels like digital advertising, social media, email, ABM, content and organic. You will also take ownership of our MarTech systems including HubSpot, and be responsible for its upkeep and continuous development. Qualifications:
- Overall 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Bachelors degree in any STEM field
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign execution, lead management, and data governance across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
- Develop efficient processes for lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and handover, along with enrichment and insights
- Monitor system performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure all systems are working properly by performing regular checks and data cleansing
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies to support campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking
- Ensure marketing processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that drives seamless execution, improves productivity and minimizes bad or incomplete data
- Continually work to set up systems and processes to extract, enrich and classify Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) and support marketing function with intelligence on same

- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), analytics tools (Google Analytics), enrichment platforms (Apollo), and functional understanding of real-time bidding ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and Account Based Marketing platforms (Rollworks)
- Knowledge of database languages, warehouses & BI tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Tableau
