We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Marketing & Communications (Sr Copywriter) to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop and deliver world-class Sales Enablement content that not only aligns with our revenue objectives but also ensures an exceptional client experience through your superior writing skills.
  • Help to ensure the timely delivery of projects, maintaining a high standard of quality that reflects the BNY brand and tone of voice.
  • Work autonomously while also partnering effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Proposals teams to produce and amplify compelling TS content.
  • Offer expert guidance on copywriting best practices tailored for sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with design and product SMEs to translate TS technology into content that resonates with a non-technical audience, making it accessible and engaging.
  • Work closely with product teams to update existing content, ensuring it accurately showcases our latest capabilities.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to grasp content requirements, crafting pieces that place our clients at the forefront.
  • Evaluate and refine existing processes to boost copywriting capabilities and conduct thorough quality assurance on final content to eliminate errors.
  • Embrace feedback and implement changes to continuously enhance content quality.
  • This role is designed for an individual contributor without direct reports.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field, or 5-7 years of relevant work experience in copywriting, project management, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, with a preference for experience in the financial services sector.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Background in working with global companies and adhering to strict guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams across various time zones.
  • Good to have knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with Seismic, MS Dynamics, and MS Viva/SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong capability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a broad audience.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  • An innovative mindset with the skills to identify and rectify process inefficiencies.
  • A receptive approach to feedback and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
