Senior Associate Lead Organization Development

Responsibilities

. Organizational Design and Structuring: Co-ordinate with various stakeholders and execute the processes related to new role creation, role evaluation, collate information on unit structures.
. Performance Management and Development: Manages appropriate data collation sets up configuration of various systems for appraisal cycle adhere to timelines, quality and process across the units.
. Career Management and Development: Handle the various role change and career moves processes, Set up configuration of various systems for role change, career management system.
. Organizational Assessments: undertakes data synthesis and statistically analyzes the same on defined parameters, Prepares reports.
. Research, Knowledge Management, IP creation and Content Leadership: Research identified topics Conduct effectiveness studies and book reviews.
. Analytics & Reporting: Provide and close standard data requirements from Units, conduct data analysis set up as required.
. Process Compliance & Audits: Ensures adherence to process by collating data, and tallying deliverables as per process defined, closure of missing data elements
