We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to join us as a Senior Associate in Investment Management, someone who can identify promising opportunities and drive their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present persuasive investment propositions.
- Negotiate and finalize term sheets and oversee due diligence processes.
- Ensure seamless investment execution and manage partner rights for long-term progress.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with portfolio company founders.
- Work collaboratively to establish key milestones and performance indicators.
- Provide continuous support to facilitate founders entrepreneurial journey.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Establish standardized business processes across portfolio companies.
- Conduct biannual fund valuations and oversee exit strategies, including strategic sales, IPOs, and buybacks.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in business, finance, and technology or DeepTech.
- At least two years of hands-on experience in research, startups, venture capital, or entrepreneurship.
- A proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A hunger for learning and the ability to work effectively within a team.
