- Provide analytical/advisory services to the Compensation CoE
- Support compensation processes that include, but not limited to, annual pay review, market data and benchmarking, compensation services (e.g., guidance on new hires offers, internal promotions, internal salary adjustments), deferred compensation and legal/regulatory compliance.
- Create efficiencies and common people rewards practices that can be leveraged across BNY Mellon
- Protect the company and mitigate overall risk for the business by consistently following appropriate policies and practices
- Utilize technology to be more efficient and effective
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
- Master s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills. Ability to communicate clearly the views to all stakeholders.
- 3-6 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Prior compensation and benefits experience preferred.
