- Develop and design a wide range of instructional materials; such as eLearning modules; instructor-led training materials; video content; job aids; etc.; within the set timeline; quality and standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and content.
- Be proficient and utilize instructional design models (e.g.; ADDIE) to guide the development process.
- Stay current with instructional design trends; emerging technologies; and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g.; Articulate Storyline; Adobe Captivate) and testing capabilities for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Content chunking and visualising quality learning content and activities
Working with the PMO/ ID/ GD to identify the requirements for training development
Supporting other colleagues (within learning teams or outside) on brand guidelines and creation of templates
Completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs and by adapting to the Tesco standards and guidelines
Actively participating in team initiatives and projects
Sharing knowledge and best practices
Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying Continuous Improvement tools and techniques
Knowledge of instructional design models and theories
Experience in development for WBT and Blended learning.
Excellent knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline; Adobe Captivate; etc.
Exposure to current design and development trends.
Understanding of colour and design Concepts

Good content editing and writing skills
