About The Department
Compliance Operations India was formed in August 2015 with the major responsibility of handling compliance-related activities globally and locally, data privacy support, study pro support for the Global Medical Affairs department, and driving the digital agenda for BECO. The department is also responsible for safeguarding the Novo Nordisk values and license to operate, tracking the payments made to Health Care Professionals (HCP) and Health Care Organizations (HCO), human rights, and reporting Business Ethics KPI. The team ensures data consistency, completeness, consolidation, and reporting. They also support third-party registrations, due diligence, and Business Ethics (BE) Compliance Frameworks.
The position
As a Senior Associate I- Compliance at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the HCP Office and EFPIA Disclosure.
- Accounting of HCP upload files.
- Reporting monthly data of respective HCP/HCO to affiliate.
- Verifying in-scope affiliate HCP vendor invoices with necessary details and sending them to the third-party payroll team for processing.
- Meeting defined KPIs and individual targets at the process and individual level.
- Handling queries and controlling activities.
- Supporting month-end closure.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent).
- Good academic track record and grades.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Compliance/Finance processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems Preferably SAP and/or S4 Hana.
- Strong understanding of HCP/HCO Compliance.
- Experience working with Compliance processes in a Global pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Good communication skills (oral and written). Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough and responsible. Good IT skills (MS Office). Stakeholder management skills.
