Responsible for managing contingent labor, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws, and overseeing the invoicing process. Role will also include collaborating with various stakeholders to provide effective contingent labor solutions and ensuring seamless system integrations.
About the Role:
APAC Contingent Labor Management:
Oversee the recruitment & management of contingent workers across the Asia-Pacific region via Fieldglass.
Ensure hiring and management practices are compliant with regional labor laws and supplier contracts.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide contingent labor solutions.
Analyze and report on contingent labor metrics such as spend and headcount as and when requested.Contingent Labor Supplier Interaction:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with contingent labor suppliers in the APAC region.
Ensure contractor employment aligns with contracts terms of service with suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to address any issues related to the contingent workforce, such as billing discrepancies or service delivery issues.APAC Invoicing Process Management:
Manage the invoicing process for services rendered by contingent workers in APAC.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the invoicing process.Job Posting and Work Order Creation:
Assist in creating job postings & work orders using appropriate job templates and ensure compliance with company policies that align with company standards and procedures.
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job posting timelines and deadlines.
Provide guidance on job posting best practices to improve candidate engagement.
Coordinate with supplier and manager to ensure proper work order assignmentsIntegration Check and Resolution:
Monitor and identify integration issues in both inbound and outbound feeds with Fieldglass.
Fix system errors to enable accurate data integration and update account information as necessary.
Collaborate with managers and MSPs to resolve errors and ensure accurate data integration.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to prevent future integration issues.Project Management:
Identify and lead projects aimed at improving processes and user experience.
Collaborate with teams such as Fieldglass, Randstad, S4Hana, and Sourcing on various initiatives.
Manage projects such as invoicing automation, TR Worksite/Location updates, and script migration to Informatica, ensuring successful implementation and integration.Reuters Business Support:
Manage the creation and updating of profiles for Reuters freelancers and contractors.
Gather and ensure proper mapping of job codes for contract workers (CL workers) with full-time employees (FTE workers) in collaboration with Randstad UK and HR teams.
Provide reports and support for freelancers working on UK Bank Holidays and other specific requirements.
About You:
Above of 5 years of experience in contingent workforce management, vendor management, or related areas.
Proficient in Fieldglass or similar contingent workforce management systems.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong change management experience and delivery
Strong understanding of APAC labor laws and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute initiatives successfully.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
