This is a B30 Product Associate role which will be part of the Enterprise Acquisition Products & Platforms (EAPP) team, within the EDDS organization at American Express. The role will have specific responsibility to define, maintain, evolve, and deliver a suite of products and capabilities that assist in tying the outcomes (typically conversions) to marketing investments, across diverse digital channels. Additionally, you will lead efforts to enable marketers to pay bounties and optimize their investments. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a scalable digital product that will facilitate Market Mix Modeling & Analytics in the US and globally.
The role requires a strong background in solutioning & designing digital data products at scale for Acquisition along with exceptional feature prioritization, road mapping and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital product management, preferably within the marketing, advertising or acquisition domain
Skillset Required
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex dataset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile processes and principles: backlog refinement, sprint planning, writing user stories, MVP, sprint demos along with product management tools such as Jira or Rally
- Proficient at investigating customer needs and problems
- Ability to perform testing/reporting using Hive/Python or similar technologies
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority among peers and with leaders
- Influence team members with innovative changes and improvements by challenging status quo and demonstrating risk taking
- Familiarity with data capture mechanisms, including cookies for tracking prospect journey or Knowledge of AXP digital acquisition platforms and channels will be a big plus
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Communicate product updates, milestones, challenges on timely basis to ensure alignment and buy-in at all levels of the organization
- Backlog refinement and Management, sprint planning, writing user stories, reviewing sprint demos and testing fresh developments
- Define product requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Investigating customer needs and problems and breaking down high-level milestones into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Reviewing and accepting engineering deliverables, ensuring it meets all of the acceptance criteria
- Come up with innovative solutions for product optimization and enhancement based on user feedback, market dynamics, and competitive insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, ensure business continuity and remaining compliant
- Strong ability to analyze user experience metrics and other data to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with product
