We're seeking a future team member for the role to join our BNY Mellon team. This role is located in Pune HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads the roll out of multiple dashboards across the business functions
- Designs and develops BI reports/dashboards
- Creates product management roadmaps and establishes evaluation criteria and success metrics
- Design and develop Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Manages relationship with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met during product development, enhancement, and delivery
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree in Technology / Computer Science
- Overall, 5-8 years of experience and expertise in Microsoft Power BI
- Experience managing and executing daily technical and design directions
- Experience with SQL queries, DAX functions, Data modelling, and Power Automate
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision
- Employs UX focused mindset to define and design features on the platform through in-depth analysis and end user feedback
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
- Domain knowledge of Data Quality Management (good to have)
- An action, collaborative and goal-oriented approach and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver for our clients and the company
- Possess a get-it-done attitude ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks
