Job Purpose
CLO Trustee Reconciliation: Reconciliation of Cash, Position, Industries, Derived ratings, Coverage test, Collateral quality test and concentration limitation tests between client and trustee for CLO funds. Candidate must have good understanding on reading CLO trustee indenture, funding memo and Agent bank notices.

The role involves end to end trustee reconciliation for CLO funds
Reconcile Cash, Position, Industries, Derived ratings, Coverage test, Collateral quality test and Concentration limitation tests between client and trustee for CLO funds
Strong fundamental knowledge on different sections of CLO trustee indenture
Ability to read and interpret agent bank notices, funding memo from Markit and Clear par applications
Good understanding on paydowns, interest accruals, pro-rata calculations, credit contracts, trade related fees and borrowings
Ability to interact with multiple counterparties like agent bank and trustee on daily basis via emails
Demonstrate high attention to detail and should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards
Advanced excel skills will be an added advantage
Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Accounts or Finance (BBA/BCom/MBA).

Key Metrics
End to end knowledge on CLO trustee reconciliation
Working knowledge on WSO, CDO Suite or SOLVAS is mandatory requirement
Experience on Markit and Clear par application is mandatory requirement
Detailed understanding on funding memo, agent bank notices and CLO trustee indenture
Ability to multitask activities and complete assigned deliverables within SLA
